It reports whether ads are currently live, Google's approximate count of active creatives, and the verified advertiser accounts running them.
It's a fast way to answer a question that drives real sales conversations: is this company investing in Google Ads, and does the activity look like a real performance operation or just "running ads"? A domain with a handful of stale creatives tells a very different story than one with thousands across multiple accounts.
Any active ad creative in Google's Transparency Center that points to the domain — across Search, Display, and YouTube. The count is Google's own approximation, not exact spend.
