How the Bulk Google Ads Checker works

This tool queries Google's official Ads Transparency Center — the same public database Google publishes for ad accountability — for ads whose destination points at each domain in your CSV. For every domain it reports whether ads are currently live, Google's approximate count of active creatives, and the verified advertiser accounts running them.

Running the check takes a few minutes for a long list (each domain is a separate live query), so instead of making you sit and wait, we email you the finished CSV when it's done. It's a fast way to answer a question that drives real sales conversations: which of these companies is investing in Google Ads, and does the activity look like a real performance operation or just "running ads"?

What counts as "running ads"?

Any active ad creative in Google's Transparency Center that points to the domain — across Search, Display, and YouTube. The count is Google's own approximation, not exact spend.

Why do some results show unrelated advertiser names?

Google shows every advertiser account with ads pointing to that domain. For most real businesses that's themselves; for generic or placeholder domains it can include unrelated accounts. The results CSV includes a flag when multiple accounts point to a domain.

Is it accurate for any country?

Ad visibility varies by region, so pick the market you care about. Results reflect what Google shows for that region right now.

What format should the CSV be?

Plain CSV, one domain per row, up to 100 domains. A header row is optional — if you have one, name the column something like domain, website, or url. Bare URLs (e.g. https://nike.com/men) are fine; we'll strip them to the bare domain.

Why this matters: seeing the ads is the easy part. Whether that spend turns into booked revenue depends on the system behind it — tracking, follow-up, and a sales process that actually closes the leads ads generate. That's what STAOS installs.
